Pay-off tension controller. It includes a main reel, an auxiliary reel and a bearing sleeve. The main reel is connected with a hollow rotating body. The rotating body is movably connected to one end of the bearing sleeve and can rotate relative to the bearing sleeve. The auxiliary reel is connected with a hollow brake seat to brake. The bottom of the seat extends into the bearing sleeve, and the inner space of the brake seat communicates with the inner space of the rotating body; the bearing sleeve is equipped with a tension spring that presses the bottom, and the end is movably connected with a tension adjustment seat for adjusting the opening length of the tension spring.
