1. Introduction:
I.Plastic insulated control cable:
Rated voltage U0/U: 450/750V.
The allowable long-term maximum working temperature of the cable conductor: PVC insulation 70ºC; XLPE insulation 90ºC.
During short circuit (the longest duration does not exceed 5s), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor: XLPE insulation 250ºC; PVC insulation 160ºC.
The ambient temperature should not be lower than 0°C during cable laying.

Scope of application:
This product is suitable for wiring of control, signal, protection and measurement systems with rated voltage of 450/750V and below. 


II.Rated voltage 0.6/1kV and below high temperature control cable
The rated voltage: U0/U 0.6/1kV.
The long-term allowable working temperature of cable conductors is 180ºC for silicone rubber insulation and 200ºC for fluoroplastic insulation.
Cable laying temperature should not be lower than 0 ºC.
Allowable bending radius: flexible cable without armor layer or shielded structure should not be less than the outer diameter of the cable: silicone rubber 6 times, fluorine plastic 8 times; the cable with armor layer or copper tape shielding structure should not be smaller than the outer diameter of the cable 12 times for rubber and 15 times for fluoroplastics.

Scope of application:
The product can maintain good mechanical and physical properties and electrical properties at high temperature of 200 ºC and below, and has the characteristics of solvent resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, etc. It is suitable for some harsh use conditions such as high temperature, and the rated AC voltage is 0.6/1kV and below In the control, monitoring circuit and protection circuit, it is used as the connecting line of various electrical appliances and instruments.
