Product Description

 

This unit is to produce φ8mm low oxygen bright copper rods by continuous casting and rolling process, and the raw material is electrolytic copper or waste copper. The production line consists of one or two 40-tonne reflecting furnace, five-rollers continuous casting machine, traction machine, rolling shear, straightening and planing machine, burring machine, continuous rolling machine, rod collecting device, electric control system and so on. If electrolytic copper is used, it is equipped with 16 tonnes/hour molten copper vertical furnace and 10 tonnes holding furnace.

Primary and secondary copper scrap (charging) → Reflecting furnace (melting and refining) → Flow tank (melt protection) → Pouring pot → Continuous casting machine (billet casting) → Billet casting treatment device (rolling shear → straightening → De-angling → deburring) → Rolling in device (active feeding) → Continuous rolling mill (rod rolling) → Cooling device for copper rods (surface restoration) → Continuous rod-winding device (preform) → Down coiler (copper rods in rolls)
