The unit mainly consists of four-wheeled casting machine (integral type), front haul-off machine, rolling shear machine, bridge device, feeding device, continuous rolling mill system, continuous rolling mill lubricating oil system, continuous rolling mill emulsion circulating system, secondary curve roller-type aluminum rod cooling and lubricating system, double-station aluminum rod forming device (concentric circle type and plum blossom type for dual-use), and electrical control system of continuous casting and rolling unit.
The process flow is schematically as follows:
Aluminum water → holding furnace (user's own) → four-wheeled continuous casting machine → front haul-off machine → rolling shear → bridge → continuous rolling mill → secondary curve aluminum rod cooling and lubrication device → double-frame continuous rod winding machine → aluminum rod.
