1.This unit adopts continuous casting and rolling process to produce:
1) ordinary aluminum rods (1××× series);
2)aluminum alloy rods (6201 aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloy, 8××× series, 5154, 5356, etc.).
2.The finished rod diameter is φ9.5mm, φ12mm.
It is mainly composed of four-wheel continuous casting machine (including pouring pot), front traction machine, rolling shear machine, milling machine, continuous rolling mill system, secondary curve roller take-up machine system, unit electrical control system, etc.
