1.10T lead melting and insulation furnace
1 Furnace capacity:10 ton
2 Working temperature:360~380ºC

4 The inner tank of the melting furnace is a welded part, made of high-quality No. 20 boiler steel plate gas shielded welding, with three layers of welds to prevent leakage. The outer periphery and bottom of the inner tank are covered with asbestos board and aluminum silicate fiberboard, with a thickness of more than 100 mm, and good insulation performance.
5 The furnace cavity is divided into melting, stirring and insulation zones. Each zone is connected through the upper overflow pipe and the bottom gate lead inlet channel, and the lead liquid flow is stable without air entrainment. Arc grooves are processed on the outer periphery and bottom of the furnace, and a heating rod with a diameter of 14 mm is built in (using heat-resistant stainless steel shell, nickel-chromium single core, long service life) is easy to maintain and replace. Temperature measuring thermocouples are placed around the furnace.
6 The upper cover of the furnace heating zone is a closed shell with an exhaust outlet flange, and the furnace cover is pneumatically opened.
7 The furnace top cover is equipped with a liquid level controller, which can be divided into three levels of control to accurately control the liquid level and lead discharge pressure.
8 The opening and closing of each lead discharge valve can be operated without opening the furnace cover, which reduces the oxidation of lead liquid and environmental pollution, and is safe to operate.
