Applications

This equipment is mainly used for cable rewinding between left and right shafts, transferring from large reels to small reels, and cable defect detection.

Automatic stop upon cable breakdown or irregularities (bulges/indentations), followed by automatic rewind to locate the defective position

Then rollback all the cable to the issue place with red alarm. To help labour find out it issue and mark it out.

1. Working Direction: Take-up/Pay-off direction: left/right interchangeable

2. Efficiency Imporvment: Automatic stop when any cable issue detected in line, no need to stop other machines when cable producing

3. Space Saving: From meter counter to Fiber test and to Rewinding, 3 process are gathered up in 1 machine. And we can design the size for clinet who didn`t need 800 bobbing, which will save more space.
