1. Feature
   1. Because the speed of each capstan is driven by servo motor, the speed is adjustable. When customer want to change the output wire size, it only needs to change the final die, because the other dies do not need to be changed to match gear ratio.
   2. Capstans are driven by servo motors directly and separately. Because of no gear, it costs less power, makes less noise and is easy to maintain. It can keep same performance after several years later. Compared with this new model, the speed of traditional machine will decrease because of gear abrasion.

1. 1. Feature                               3.Traversing is driven by servo motor. It can calculate traversing speed automatically. Direction changing does not need sensor, and it can traverse in two direction according to spool width, which increase traversing reliability.                                                        4.There is a remote monitoring system to monitor the core running parameters and send them back to our service department. It is easy to maintain the machine.
