6B stranding cage

1.One side of 6B cage is supported by gearbox; the other side is supported assistant by under roller. Driven by individual AC
inverter motor and controlled by frequency converter. With jogging and Z/S rotation.

2.Pay-off tension is controlled by mechanical frication and adjusted manually.
Bobbin cradle is shaft-less type, welded parts, clamping and loosening manually. With bobbin locking protection device.
3.The cage can strand round cables with back-twist and sector cables without back-twist. The 6B cage bobbin cradle can pre-twist without stopping the machine.
 

4.disc type brake.
 

5.The filling rope stands are mounted on the outlet end of 6B carriage which is fit for plastic bobbin. The filling rope size is
provided by the user.
