Application

Mainly act as P/O & T/U on CCT/VCV & Rubber CCV production line.
 

Equipment structure
 

A.Gantry ground rail moving, upper casing.

B. Frame is rectangular pipe welded into A-shape structure. It is stable with strong bearing capacity, neat and beautiful.

C. Hoisting guide-way is high-strength rolling guide pair (linear guide pair)

D. Take-up gearbox adopts hard tooth face gearbox with large transmission torque and low noise.

E. Take-up main motor
- Take up main motor adopts DC motor, controller is European series products
- Take up main motor adopts frequency conversion, controller for Siemens or Danfoss products

F. Pay-off motor adopts frequency control motor, controller is Siemens or Danfoss product, winding traces take-up speed speed automatically. Widning pitch and take-up tension can be connected with various hosts.
