Product Description
The production line mainly consists of a melting furnace (shaft furnace and holding furnace or reverberatory furnace), five-wheel integral continuous casting machine, rolling shear machine, straightening machine, roughening machine, continuous rolling mill, lubrication system, cooling reduction device, rod closing device, Composition of electrical control system.
Features:The production line can be equipped with different types of copper furnaces according to different production raw materials (electrolytic copper or scrap copper), and can produce electrolytic copper rods (ETP) and fire-refined copper rods (FRHC) respectively.
Continuous pouring machine with patented technology (Patent No.: ZL200720079542.8). The crystallization wheel is "H" shaped and cooled on all sides to ensure dense and uniform crystallization of the ingot.
The continuous rolling mill has active feeding and stacking parking functions. The unique rolling method combining two rollers and three rollers gives the rolled rods excellent mechanical properties.
The main drive system adopts full digital adjustment of DC motor. The use of programmable controller (PLC) and human-machine interface touch screen can carry out full-line linkage control of the host and auxiliary machines, as well as detect and display the operating parameters and faults of the equipment.
