Coiling machine
Mainly used for rolling wires, it can be used with extruders or rewinding machines. It is a necessary equipment. The thickest wire diameter currently available from suppliers is 30mm.
1. The wire can be supplied by the pay-off machine or directly connected to the extruder. The equipment is equipped with a linkage device with the extruder.
2. The wire coil output is about 5 times that of manual winding (taking 200M long wire coil as a column).

3. After winding, the automatic film winding machine can be connected to automatically label and wrap the coil. After automatic wrapping, the wire pusher mechanism will automatically send it to the conveyor belt for delivery without manual operation.

4. This machine adopts servo motor positioning system, and the wire coils are neat and beautiful. The touch screen human-machine interface operation panel can store 99 different wire coil specifications. When changing specifications, you only need to read the stored data to produce.
