1. The wire can be supplied by the pay-off machine or directly connected to the extruder. The equipment is equipped with a linkage device with the extruder.
2. The wire coil output is about 5 times that of manual winding (taking 200M long wire coil as a column).

3. After winding, the automatic film winding machine can be connected to automatically label and wrap the coil. After automatic wrapping, the wire pusher mechanism will automatically send it to the conveyor belt for delivery without manual operation.

4. This machine adopts servo motor positioning system, and the wire coils are neat and beautiful. The touch screen human-machine interface operation panel can store 99 different wire coil specifications. When changing specifications, you only need to read the stored data to produce.
5. This machine has an automatic error detection function, and has a power frequency spark machine contact for spark detection of the BV line.

It can automatically mark the spark breakdown point or continue the looping function after manual marking. (The power frequency spark machine is provided by the customer) There are caliper contacts left: when the diameter does not meet the standard, the waste wire can be automatically removed or manually marked to continue the looping function. (Diameter measuring instruments must be prepared by each household)

6. The entire machine is truly connected to the production line for unmanned operation.
