Product Description

 Machine use and performance characteristics

The machine is used to draw copper rods into single copper wires.
After the copper rods are drawn by the wire drawing machine through the wire pay-off rack, the wire coming out of the fixed speed wheel is directly annealed and softened, and finally taken up by the double-reel wire take-up machine.

2.Horizontal AC annealing machine
2.1 The DC annealing method is used to pass a large current directly on the copper wire for continuous annealing, segmented heating and cooling.
2.2 The power is controlled by a separate motor through transmission, and two working modes can be selected: annealing or non-annealing.
2.3 The front of the upper box body uses a stainless steel plate to isolate the magnetic field to avoid wire jumps and sparks that are easy to occur during copper wire annealing, damage to the contact nickel strip, copper wire and annealing base wheel, extend the life of the annealing wheel nickel strip, and improve the quality of the copper wire.
2.4 The annealing copper wheel is coated with cold-rolled nickel strip and compressed air cooled.
2.5 The annealing carbon brush wheel is equipped with a centrifugal cooling fan for air cooling.
2.6 The unit is equipped with a steam generator, the annealing and softening chamber uses steam protection, the annealing tank and the cooling chamber are filled with steam or coolant, no air is mixed, and the annealing line is not oxidized.

Features:
1.Capstans are placed on one line, and it is easier to maintain than two lines arrangement type.

2.Drawing capstans is made of 45# steel through treatments of forging, hardening and tempering, and coated by Zirconia ceramic ring, to increase lifetime.

3.There is a seal ring on the final die holder to prevent lubricant linkage.

4.Bearing lubricant oil pump is set externally and driven by a dedicated motor independently connected with electrical system.
