Step 1:
The customer purchases 8mm copper rod for wire drawing
Function: 8mm copper rod, stretch 1.3-3.5mm copper wire, make it annealed and soft, then receive it on 630 wire drum or 800 drop wire frame for the next step of work. It will get all 1.5-6mm2 single core wire
Step 2:
large and medium copper wire continuous annealing machine : pull the 3.0mm copper wire from the large drawing machine in the previous process to a soft wire of about 0.8-2.6, and supply it to the next process. The small drawing annealing machine is used as a busbar, and can also make 1.5-6 square BV wire.
Step 3:
small drawing annealing machine and medium and small drawing annealing machine: the 1.4mm copper wire from the large and medium drawing machine in the previous process is drawn into a soft wire of 0.1-0.65 according to the process requirements, and supplied to the next process stranding machine for BVR wire
Step 4:
stranding machine: twist the 0.1-3 single wires pulled out in the previous process into soft conductors to make 1.0-6 square BVR wire cores
Step 5: SJ 70+35 high speed extrusion production line Production specifications: 0.5-10 square insulation, 1.5-10 square automatic coil packaging
Step 6:
SJ 80 +40 extrusion line :
Production specifications: 10-95 square insulation, 10-50 square automatic coil packaging, wire diameter 5-15mm sheath extrusion and automatic coil packaging.
Step 7:
Automatically arrange small-section wires into circles (0.5-6 square circles)
