Operation Characteristics

 

XLPE insulation: the long-term allowable working temperature of the conductor shall not exceed 90°C,and the maximum temperature of conductor shall not exceed 250 °C in case of short circuit (the longest duration shall not exceed 5s). PVC insulation: the long-term allowable working temperature of the conductor shall not exceed 70°C,and the maximum temperature of conductor shall not exceed 160°C in case of short circuit (the langest duration shallnot exceed 55).

Polyethylene insulation: the long-term allowable working temperature of the conductor shall not exceed 70°C, and the maximum temperature of conductor shall not exceed 160°C in case of short circuit (the longest duration shall not exceed 5s).

Cable laying temperature shall not be below -20°C.

 

When the outer diameter (D) of the cable is below 25 mm, the allowable bending radius of the cable shall not be less than 4 D; when the outer diameter (D) of the cable is greater than or equal to 25mm, the allowable bending radius of the cable shall not be less than 6 D.
