Main technical parameter
A.The machine frame adopts high quality rectangular steel tube and steel plate bending welded together. Beam with two large beams
connected by structure, perfect appearacne, good rigidity, high strength.
B. Adopt the way of walking beam, the whole cable tray for wiring, implementation of pay-off and take-up.
C. The equipment adopts AC variable frequency motor speed cable, high precision, uniform wiring.
D. PLC programmable controller can be integrated with all kinds of host.

Structure characteristics:
a.Integral frame has nice appearance which is welded by high quality bending steel ,and high quality seamless pipe by means of "pipe in pipe" combination structure.
b.Shaftless "opening-closing" movement mechanism, dual lifting system, bobbin loading & unloading is without crane.
c.Whole frame together with bobbin can be travelled on the rails, to realize cable keeping center during pay-off and take-up wire, so as to against body distortion.
d.Effectively to use the space when adopts dual Pay-offF and Take-up.
e.Take-up motor: adopt Z4 DC motor, or frequency motor, equipped with 2-4shifts gearbox, also we could supply our special designed "driving -driven combination" gearbox, to satisfy customer different techincs requirement.
f.Pay-off tension has several control methods for customer choice: mechanical friction,controlled by magnetic powder brake, magnetic powder brake + gearbox, with damping tension, friction plate+air pressure brake disc + precision proportional pressure solenoid.
g.Traversing control :1) drive by frequency motor, 2) drive by AC servo motor, Traversing control via:l) digital display traversing controller ;2) PLC + SIEMENS text Combination control, through input wire diameter and bobbin size, to realize auto follow and Line's synchronization.
h.The machine electric control with external communication interface, can easily and all kinds of production line for spreading. Received with speed line, the line in constant tension; Passive pay-off. Active pay-off The main; Passive pay-off. Take up method: by speed or by constant tension;

Belt type high precision meter counter is a special equipment used to measure the length of cables and other media. The tracked meter counter is dragged together after the measuring medium is clamped by the upper and lower tracks. The length of the crawler is the length of the measured medium. The length of the crawler track is the length of the pitch line that the crawler wheel turns, that is, the product of the crawler wheel pitch and the number of teeth. The encoder installed on the active crawler shaft measures the number of turns the crawler has turned. After conversion, the length of the medium can be obtained and recorded. The upper crawler is lifted up and down by the hand wheel and the screw rod, and the lower crawler is lifted up and down by the air cylinder. The lifting distance is determined by the outer diameter of the medium being measured.
