Y-Type Wire Cable Take-up & Pay-off Machine
I. Equipment Application:
Mainly used for various types of cable production equipment's pay-off and take-up.
II. Structural characteristics:
1. High-quality steel plate bending welding frame, high-quality seamless steel pipe is used to form the opening and closing sleeve structure, beautiful appearance, solid and durable.
2. Shaftless opening and closing ditch, dual lifting system, no crane is needed for loading and unloading the reel.
3. The whole machine together with the cable tray walks on the ground track to collect and unwind the cables so that the cables can be centered and retracted, and the cables can be unwinded.
4. Gantry-type ground rail walking, effective use of space, is conducive to the realization of double-receiving, double-amplifying.
5. The take-up motor is driven by Z4 DC motor or variable-frequency motor. It can be equipped with 2-4 gear gearboxes. The company's uniquely designed main and passive integrated gearboxes can be used to meet the needs of different processes.
6. The pay-off is provided with mechanical friction tension, magnetic powder brake control tension, magnetic powder brake + gearbox damping tension, friction disk + air pressure butterfly brake + precision electronic proportional air pressure regulating valve to control tension and other forms for users to choose.
7. The cable motor can be driven by a variable frequency motor or AC servo motor. The cable is controlled by the computer digital display cable controller or PLC programmable controller + Siemens text. According to the input wire diameter and cable reel size, the automatic tracking of the cable and the production line can be synchronized.
8. The mechanical and electrical controller has an external communication interface, which can easily achieve joint control with various production line hosts. There are speed take-up and constant tension take-up; passive pay-off; active pay-off; main and passive pay-off.
9. According to different purposes, there are a variety of structures such as single column, double column, upper type, lower type, etc. for users to choose.
